For an international client I am looking for a Account Coordinator.
This role is for 32 hours a week, but you will work fulltime between February and May.

Job description

– Creating quotations and follow up to create contracts including all related tasks
– Administer service enquiries and follow up related tasks
– Contract changes
– Credit notes
– Handling/registration of broken stock/broken padlocks
– Debtor management
– Monitor and control customer balances
– Manage and maintain customer master data in administrative systems
– Provide support and give feedback about market and customer background to respective key account managers as well as relevant colleagues
– Handling general enquiries of customers and partners

Requirements

– Educational level hbo
– Fluent level of Italian and Spanish
– Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain is a plus
– Commercial background
– Self-ensured person
– Result-driven and client-focused
– Able to work under time pressure
– Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
– Hands on and full of initiatives
