Customer service representative (Spanish speaking)

The role of the CSR (Spain) is for a leading special chemicals organization. Dordrecht area, max 2.200 euros gross per month, full time employment only, start is as soon as possible.

The main tasks of the Customer support representative:

  • Daily contact with customers and the factory
  • Generating and following up of quotations
  • Order processing
  • Advising customers on price, delivery and product related questions
  • Liaising between customers and the different disciplines in the factory (planning, design, production, dispatch, accounts)
  • Handling quality issues

Required skills for the csr:

  • Fluent in Spanish, English. (Candidates who speak Portuguese and Dutch as well, will be preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP
  • 1 – 2 years of working on customer service department (B2B)
  • Strong team worker
  • Available 32 – 40 hrs per week

Educational level: Minimum MBO / commercial
