You will be working for a worldwide leader in innovative storage and network security solutions for small businesses, home offices, consumers and others. We support two lines of products: consumer and professional. The products they support include network attached storage products, external hard drives, multimedia drives, and removable storage technology used for back up purposes. Moreover, they provide their support throughout the world in many languages. This support is provided via phone, email and chat. Chat is provided only in English.

Main Tasks:

  • Answering inbound contacts (phone, email, web chat) from customers
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving any product related questions or problems
  • RMA handling
  • Logging customer details, documenting the problem and escalating whenever necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in all customer contacts


  • Native/ very fluent in Spanish plus very fluent Italian and English skills(both verbal and in writing)
  • Very fluent Italian skills a plus
  • good troubleshooting skills which enable candidate to identify the customer’s problem in a quick and professional manner
  • good written and verbal communication skills and can level with the customer
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good typing skills and able to multitask
  • contact center working experience
  • able to work independently
  • resilience
  • educational background in computing and/or proven technical skills (A+ or N+ certificate preferably or in the process of obtaining MCSE or MCSA certification)
  • networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware, file sharing, command line)
  • good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Apple)
