ZARA busca un controlador financiero con un nivel excelente de Inglés y por supuesto español. Se requiere licenciatura o grado en ADE, finanzas o economía, conocimiento de la normativa contable y de los estándares contables europeos y experiencia de al menos 5 años en entornos multinacionales en puetso similar o en puestos de auditoría y control interno.
Se trata de una oportunidad excelente para los que ya estáis trabajando en un entorno multinacional en Holanda y buscáis dar un salto profesional, y también para aquellos perfiles con un buen curriculum en España que se planteen emigrar a Holanda con su familias.

Position
Controller of various branches of the company. Under the supervision of the Country Manager and the headquarter Controlling Department.
Responsibilities
- Elaboration of the yearly budget in close collaboration with the Country Manager, Finance, HR/Payroll and Facility departments.
- Monthly analysis of the deviations in the P&L account (compared to budget and to previous year).
- Quarterly reporting of the results in the country to the International controlling department of Europe (based in Paris) and to the headquarters in Spain.
- Preparing the feasibility studies to analyze potential new openings, together with the Expansion department, Country Manager and HR department.
- Providing the shopmanagers on a monthly basis the indicators regarding sales, units, worked hours, productivity ratios, etc. (current year, previous year and budget).
- Implementation of control expenses plans. Must be force of proposals to optimize the activities.
- Regular contact with the Head Controllers of all the Brands and make analysis based on their request.
- Support the Management and Commercial team with any information they may need.
- Make proposals to optimize processes.
- Develop, monitor and follow up of several reportings.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience: external or internal audit experience, or background as financial controller (retail business and multinational company are highly valued).
- Knowledge of MS office package and advanced excel user.
- Knowledge of local accounting principles and procedures and IFRS is highly valued.
- Fluency in English. Command of the Spanish language is an advantage.
- Analytical skills.
- Very good in organizing and planning.
- Be able to deal with deadlines and pressure.
